Marimar - Apartments Otranto

Loved the breathtaking city views, the charming terrace, and the fact that I could cycle away from any awkward encounters with fellow guests.

Couldn't generate a tornado with the hairdryer. Unfathomable!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Otranto. The host, Annalisa, was kind and went out of her way to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay. She provided helpful directions and recommendations for local restaurants and services. She even arranged for an ironing board and beach towels. The location of the apartment was perfect - just a short walk to the beach for swimming. There was also a great bakery and supermarket nearby. The staff on site were excellent and very friendly. They even surprised us with a birthday gift for my partner. The apartment itself was clean, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The big furnished terrace was a beautiful bonus.

Mind-blowing host, super convenient location, jaw-dropping spacious apartment with bright and clean interiors. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. The elevator and parking space were a big plus. The staff was helpful and lovely. Equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and ample space for drying. Very clean and well-furnished. Helpful and professional staff. Big furnished terrace. Close to the center.

For the price we paid, our apartment at Marimar - Apartments was excellent value. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge terrace and access to a lovely garden. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town, beach, bars, and supermarkets. We didn't need a car at all. The staff on site were friendly and were great too make our stay nice - they even surprised us with a birthday gift for my partner. The early and late check-in/out options were also a nice bonus.

One small improvement for breakfast would be to offer a wider variety of items.

We loved the fact that we had a terrace and access to the garden, which was perfect for our dog. a great stay for people who like karaoke and casinos.

We had a fantastic stay at Marimar - Apartments. the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. the kitchen was especially impressive, being well-stocked and clean. the location was perfect, with a lovely bakery just across the road and other amenities within walking distance. the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about the area and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. having an elevator and a parking space was a huge plus for us.

The bed was comfortable and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The garage parking was convenient. a wonderful experience in this stunning part of the world.

Lacked basic essentials like a microwave, sharp knives, and an iron. The balcony provided zero outside privacy as it was located beside the main entrance.

Gate keys were incorrect.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right next to a bike hire shop and on the upper ramparts of the old town. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that had all kinds of coffee makers. The staff and host were friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in and providing information about the area.

The lack of toiletries and kitchen necessities was a downside, and the malfunctioning sun umbrella on the balcony was a disappointment.

The air-conditioned unit was a game-changer for me, as it allowed me to stay comfortable throughout my entire stay. The private bathroom was spacious and had a hairdryer, making it convenient for my needs. I loved the balcony with views over the garden. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The tiled floors in the apartment added a nice touch of elegance and also made it easier for me to move around with my mobility aid.

Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary, but I understand that others might appreciate its presence.
